This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by BIDPUPPY INTERNATIONAL, INC. ("Bidpuppy") and you, as a user of the website ("User"), and User acknowledges and agrees that the following terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy, set forth below shall govern your use of each and every page of this website.  Bidpuppy reserves the right to revise this Agreement and/or the contents of this website at any time, for any reason, without notice.  User further acknowledges and agrees that User will be bound by any such revisions to the Agreement.

I. PRIVACY POLICY:  Bidpuppy respects your privacy and wants User to understand the ways in which we do and don�t use the information that User transmits when User visits our website.  This statement discloses the privacy practices for this website.

B.	How We Collect Information:  Bidpuppy typically collects personal information at this website by asking for the information directly from Users.  Visitors are initially asked to register as a User and to fill out forms which provide us with the information which is necessary for the various contractors to submit bids on the work in question.  We do not share this information with any third parties other than the contractors who are being requested to submit bids for the work in question, except those parties who help us administer our website, except it may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.  We may also transfer information about User if Bidpuppy is acquired by or merged with another company.

Like many websites, Bidpuppy also uses "cookies", which are small text files that      are stored on the website visitor's computer and gather and keep track of information related to the website visitor.  This technology can store the visitor�s preferences and other information that can help us personalize information provided to the particular visitor.  Cookies also help us review website traffic patterns and improve our website. DISCLAIMER:  User acknowledges and agrees that the use of this website and of any service provider listed hereunder is at User�s own risk, and that neither Bidpuppy nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering this website, including the content and information contained in this website, is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any losses, costs or expenses of any kind (including attorney fees and/or other fees or expenses) which may arise, directly or indirectly, through the actions, inactions, or omissions of any service providers on this website, or through User�s access to, use of, or browsing in this site or through your downloading of any materials, text, data, images, video or audio from this website, including but not limited to anything caused by any viruses, bugs, human action or inaction, or any computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions, or any other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections, or the failure of any Internet service provider.

NO WARRANTIES:  User acknowledges and agrees that while Bidpuppy will make reasonable efforts to insure that the content and information provided by the website is correct, Bidpuppy cannot, and does not, guarantee the accuracy of the information and makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy.  In addition, User acknowledge and agrees that although this website includes information and links to service providers, Bidpuppy has not performed any investigation, whatsoever, with regard to any of the service providers on this website, and Bidpuppy, neither directly nor indirectly, expresses or implies any recommendation, approval, association, endorsement, or affiliation with any of the contractors on this website.  User acknowledges and agrees that Bidpuppy is not responsible for any of the labor, services, materials or supplies provided by any service provider listed on this website to the User, and that Bidpuppy makes no representation or warranties whatsoever as to any services, labor, materials or supplies provided by any such service provider.  User understands and acknowledges that User is solely responsible for investigating the service provider(s), and that it is User�s responsibility to insure that the service provider(s) have all appropriate insurance including but not limited to liability and workers compensation. The use of any service provider by User is at User�s own risk.

ALL CONTENT AND INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS WEBSITE IS PROVIDED TO USER "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liabilities.  Under no circumstances shall Bidpuppy be liable for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business or business interruption, attorney fees, or special, incidental, consequential or punitive or exemplary damages.

IV. INDEMNIFICATION:  User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bidpuppy, its officers, directors, agents and employees, against any asserted claims or suits made by any third party for any and all damages, losses, judgments or liabilities (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) arising from or relating to (i) any actual or alleged breach of this Agreement by User, and (ii) any content, data or material that you submit, post, or otherwise provide to Bidpuppy or on this website.

V. VENUE:  User agrees that in the event any dispute arises under this Agreement or User�s other use of this website, the laws of the State of Colorado shall apply without resort to its choice of law provisions or rules.  User also agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, and further agrees that the state and federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado shall be the exclusive venue for the resolution of any dispute between Bidpuppy and User.

VI. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:  This Agreement is the entire agreement and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements and communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
